I completed the course already, it has been a very informative journey, and it has lots of insightful information to be used, on oneself and to share in practices. I love that it starts basic but, later, it goes technical with Phisiology references and very practical tools for real-life situations. Your openness in these matters, make them feel much more natural and manageable, I love it when you say, I managed it many times before, so I am going to survive it this time as well.

Led by Amanda & Prem Robin, these two have combined almost 30 years teaching experience, thousands of hours of training, and a passion for mental health.
Amanda is an E-RYT500, YACEP, and teaches multiple trainings each year in Edmonton and surrounding areas. She’s taught in Eastern Canada as well.
Prem Robin is a yoga teacher, and a Registered Psychologist who runs his own therapy practice.
Together, they love drinking coffee, sharing laughs, spending time outdoors, and talking about their dogs. They may live in different cities, but that doesn’t stop them from zoom coffee dates, even during the pandemic!
