How Does It Work?

We will set up meetings that work for our schedules. Possible topics for these meetings include:

  • Yin Yoga, Yoga for Mental Stability
  • Creating a Sequence for you to do at home
  • Learn techniques specific to your needs
  • Working with Yoga Philosophy, etc.

These are broad subjects that can be narrowed down more as we work together.


Then What

We meet and discuss what is arising in the moment for you. I will leave you with techniques and probably some homework too! Then it becomes what you want it to be!


Do I Have To Have Regular Meetings with You?

Not at all! We can meet once, twice or as many times as you want!
